DIFFICULTIES TO POSSIBILITIES
Beloved, Thank be to God, Father in heaven, owners of our souls.
Let me begin like this.
“A life with no experience is like a life of nothing but emptiness.”
What you’ve not experienced, you can’t express.”
Life is neither free nor fair to anyone, which is why there’s always a tendency and room for us to have enemies or to experience certain difficulties in life.
If you must know, there are classes of enemies, and there are classes of difficulties.
A. There are positive enemies.
B. There are negative enemies.
You may say enemies are enemies, yes, perhaps because of the unpleasant experience you’ve had with enemies, or better yet, because of what you’re going through at the hands of someone now. The momentous fact I like you to know is that even God has an enemy. Of course, we all like comfort, and we don’t want to experience any hardships or difficulties. We focus our core of life on smooth success without thinking about or minding the process that needs to take place before success. We shifted our attention only to possibility while neglecting the necessity that needs to precede possibility.
In a simple term, it simply means. Passing through before breaking through. Let me enlighten you on this. God, Himself is natural; His nature is natural; therefore, you can’t add anything to God, you can’t modernize God, and you can’t take away anything from God. Everything about God is completely complete. He will remain natural and complete forever nothing can change and can be changed, He is the only sovereign God who has the power to change anything and anyone as He pleases, and He does with no one question His power or order, although, sometime man may decide to grumble when God’s does something, say something, or give some ordered, whichever way it is, Our selfish reason or condition doesn’t and can’t change God’s natural pattern or condition, the reason been He alone knows the end of everything from the beginning so when He brings any situation we should be calm and be obedient, total submission to His will, even if such condition given by Him doesn’t go our way, it does not matter how long it happens or how long we’re in that situation for as long as we can adhere to Him and give Him the space to handle the situation and we adhere to His command and His pattern, then victory is assured, everything will certainly turn out well for us as the end. That difficulty, that impossibility, will eventually become a possibility.
Let us examine something in the scripture. Genesis 12:1:2 God told Abraham that he should get out of his father’s country and go to the land where He would show him. Abraham obeyed God and did everything God commanded him to do. At first, Abraham didn’t know what God had in store for him, but maybe he was not comfortable with the order God gave him to leave his father’s house, but he obeyed. Hence, because of Abraham’s obedience, God tells him His plans to bless and make him great in life. Abraham heard what God said, but he didn’t know how it would all come to pass, and for Abraham to be sure of this, God made a covenant with him. God’s good plan becomes a covenant between God and Abraham.
However, God, for who he is, doesn’t hide His original plan for His people; He always makes His plan known to whoever He chooses and as it pleases Him. While God told Abraham about the good plan He had for him and his descendants, He still told Abraham about a hard time, the hardship, and the difficulties that were also awaiting Abraham’s descendants before the goodies.
Genesis chapter 15:11 was about a vision Abraham had where God told him not to be afraid and that he would surely have his blood. Soon thereafter, God showed Abraham some signs to assure him of His covenant with him and the land they would inherit, but He also told him something that would happen to them. Let us examine chapter 13. There will be a process before they can make proper progress.
Genesis 15: 12 And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and, lo, an horror of great darkness fell upon him.
13 And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;
14 And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward, shall they come out with great substance.
15 And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age.
16 But in the fourth generation they shall come hither again: for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full.
17 And it came to pass, that, when the sun went down, and it was dark, behold a smoking furnace, and a burning lamp that passed between those pieces.
18 In the same day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:
The above passage explains what I’m driving at here.. it talks about the difficulty to expect and how and when they will excel, What has been included in God’s plan before time and it will come to pass.
Two types of Difficulties are.
A. There are Positive Difficulties
B. There are Negative Difficulties.
These aforementioned points have their aims, functions, and objectives in the lives of anyone who is experiencing them. But the point is, as I mentioned earlier, we all, at some point in our lives, will experience this. We should remember that we were not just made by God to live a life; it made us to live and to have the experience of the nature of life. There can be life without any experience, no experience, and no expression, and when there’s no expression, there will be no extension.
Matthew 26:38 Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me. Vs 26:39 And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless, not as I will, but as thou wilt.
Vs 26:42 He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done.
That was Jesus Christ at Gethsemane, praying to God that, if possible, the death could be taken away. It was a hard time for him. It even looks as if God has forgotten him. It was a very perilous and much more like a rejection and agony period for him.
Dear friend, sometimes in our own lives too. We found ourselves in this condition when it seemed God had left or no longer existed in our lives. Ironically, what Jesus was experiencing at that time was a positive difficulty.
What is the difficulty you’re experiencing now?
It could be on anything, such as difficulty in marriage, career, with your husband/Wife, parent, difficulty in having children, marital/ Success delayed, difficulty with or in the family, Boss, Lecturers, Teacher, Pastor, Landlord/landlady, on a particular project or business, sickness, with your children, village, with your friend/folks, It could even be with yourself. Whichever way, or anyone, the difficulty may appear to be. You’re not forgotten, sir/ma. God sees, and He knows everything. Soon, you’re coming out to share your testimony in the name of Jesus.
Listen to this. The difficulty is not meant to make things difficult for you, neither to make you difficult, but to makes, you see the RESULT of the better, and the greater things God had prepared for you”.
On a positive and victory note for those who have Christ and on the Lord’s side. The unchangeable changer. The possibility and the possible God has me to tell you this. That situation you were in at the moment is just an experience of what would be an expression of your Elevation because He God has taken and turned your difficulty into possibility. He said, Whatever difficulties you’re experiencing at the moment, that looks at if your life is crumbling, within the next few days, God of POSSIBILITIES shall convert all your difficulties to POSSIBILITIES.
John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life and that they might have it more abundantly
Life will always give us something to talk about it could be positive or negative, whichever way, Hence when we find ourselves still existing in life then it’s an opportunity for us to express our experience in that very situation.
If you must know the true nature of life, there can be no existence without experience. The good news is this, in whichever things you may experience or might have experienced, God knows and understands everything, He practically watching your ways and your actions, for the time being, If you must know, God’s significant standards of His goodwill, a good plan, Joy, above all unending love for us still stands… victory at the last laps. Jeremiah 29: 11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end
Now know that it will course you something to enjoy this abundant and expected end.. All it will cause you is to be a friend of God and to have a fellowship with Christ Jesus.. you got accept and to surrender all to Him first. Be part of His family and there you go start enjoy the blessing, unlimited and unending joy here on earth and in heaven to come.. If you’re He’s waiting to receive and to officially welcome you..
Matthew 11:28:30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light
It doesn’t matter your difficulty, God of Abundant shall turn everything around in your favour and it will become your possibility for productivity and profitability in Jesus’ name… Amen..
I see you testifying because you’re moving from difficulties to productivity and into possibilities now.
SAY THIS LOUD I ENTER INTO MY SEASON OF SUCCESS I MOVE FROM DIFFICULTIES TO POSSIBILITIES THROUGH THE POWER OF JESUS CHRIST. 
Go and rule in the midst of your adversary in Jesus’ name. Amen.
